The pitot probes are manufactured using material that is non-reactive with the gas sample and have a sufficient length to obtain a representative sample. The gas sampling probe is made up of a stainless-steel tube with a hand grip and an internal K-type thermocouple for measuring the gas temperature, continuous measurements of up to 500°C. The gas temperature is measured by means of a thermocouple inserted in the tip of the probe. The thermocouple is connected to the instrument via a compensated probe housed in a special seating in the inside of the pitot probe. Special test probes are designed as per area of use like testing static pressures around the impeller on both stages for fan to determine actual performance. The Pitot Probes by Elentech Resources can be manufactured to fit a variety of testing methods.

This system is isokinetic for representative sampling in any situation where there is a suction higher than 250 Pa in coal fired boilers. The instrument is mainly used for carbon determination in fly-ash enabling a valuable check to be made on combustion efficiency. Our samplers come with SS sampling jars for which they can resist damage on the screwing part. We design, manufacture, and give installation and setting for correct sampling. Type-S Pitot tube:

The S- Type Pitot probe is a gas velocity pressure measurement instrument in particulate-laden gas streams. This instrument maintains calibration in abusive environments, and its large sensing orifices minimize plugging by particulates. It also gives a high manometer reading for a given gas velocity pressure, which is helpful in stacks with low gas velocity.

PF Sampler

PF sampling is equipped with two pressure transmitters to measure both the probe and the burner line. The pressure balance is controlled manually during the sampling process using zero-balance method. The ISO-kinetic sampler is used for PF particle fineness measured by extracting a sample of PF from the PF pipes while the mill is in operation. The operation of ISO kinetic PF sampling requires a skilled operator because there are variables that can affect the sample: Plant conditions, moisture, PF flow dynamics and Operators skill.Pneumatic control, operating display, dustless connection is of high level to improve for leaks to the environment and no harm to health of operating technicians. The design and construction of pf machine is aimed to arrest inaccuracies experienced older or improperly designed machines. ElenTech Resources intend to package the PF sampler with a probe designed to minimize uncertainties with the burner line for both fuel rich and lean conditions.
